    Executive Assistant / Office Manager
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
    Profile: Proactive and well-organized professional with extensive experience in roles supporting top management willing to take on also Office Manager tasks (facility management). To be successful in this role you need to be able to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Please note this role does not include any entry-level tasks or reception duties.

    Duties:

    • performing Executive Assistant tasks for the CEO
    • actively managing the CEO’s schedule
    • organizing business travels and meetings
    • Office Manager task: office space management, following up on any deficiencies
    • maintaining confidential files and records, handling telephone calls and preparing expense reports
    • cooperating with suppliers of services, travel agencies, legal firms
    • responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise

    Qualifications and skills:

    • a minimum of four years administrative experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Board / Office Manager
    • strong verbal and written communication skills in English (multinational organization)
    • experience in project management
    • excellent organizational and planning skills
    • attention to details and troubleshooting skills
