Executive Assistant
Work Location: Warszawa

OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

 

Support the South-East Europe Area HR Manager and the Area Management Team in all business related activities and manage defined projects.

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support the Area Manager in all operational and strategic issues
  • Preparation of reports and presentations from the Management Information System
  • Support during the budgeting and rough planning phase
  • Organization of meetings and round-trips (participants, agenda, minutes, etc.)
  • Participation in local and international projects
  • Preparation of market studies and business cases related to acquisitions
  • Assistance of the Area Manager at project coordination and project management
  • Support the Area Manager in different kind of business analysis and researches (MIS, profitability, market, customer, acquisitions etc.)
  • Preparing of presentations for internal and external events
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferable in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Engineering)
  • 1-2 years of overall professional experience or internship in multicultural company
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional adventure: German or Italian)
  • Project management skills
  • MS Office on intermediate level (especially Excel, Power Point)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Willingness to be internationally mobile
  • Good organization & strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Commitment, reliability, flexibility
