    Finance Change design and implement key business transformation projects to enable CFO Finance to deliver to their regulatory, audit, control and process improvement agenda.


    Capabilities provided as part of this include architecture definition, design, business analysis, testing and implementation functions supported by strong project, program and portfolio management.


    Strong and robust portfolio governance is critical to handle the execution of the portfolio and insure all aspects of investment, design and governance are actively led.


    This role is for a specialist within the CFO portfolio team. In this position you will be responsible for a growing variety of tasks:

    • Supporting the implementation of newly defined Portfolio Governance Standards, also it's continuous improvement and enhancements
    • Monitoring and maintaining a strong culture of compliance and governance including implementation and review of quality assurance processes
    • Ensuring highest quality and excellent reporting for the CFO portfolio across multiple dimensions including benefits, dependencies, risks, issues and timely status reporting
    • Assisting in administration of the annual BoW planning cycle
    • Close interaction with executing portfolios within CFO, IT, and Group Change Governance across the firm and Internal Audit

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You have at least 2 years of professional experience and preferably - experience in a PMO role
    • You are excellent communicator
    • You are proficient in English– both spoken and written!
    • You feel comfortable building and maintaining relations with various level stakeholders
    • You present outstanding analytical skills with ability to conclude quickly and present your findings in a concise and clear manner
    • You have keen eye to detail and you strive to find a way to improve
    • You are advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
    • Preferably you are familiar with mainstream project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)
