Due to our continued growth we are seeking to expand our Krakow team with a:

Financial Analyst - Business Partner Functions
Miejsce pracy: Kraków


The job incumbent is a truly Business partner to Finance Europe functions having the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Budgeting, Forecasting and Controlling processes for functional cost in European region
  • The candidate will work closely with function teams to develop and present business cases, dashboards and KPIs with the aim of creating leverage and competitive advantage for the functions
  • Partner with functions  VPs and their direct reports in controlling spending levels and following up on issue with countries
  • The incumbent will also act a liaising partner with global function controlling teams in the US headquarter
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare capital approval requests in line with corporate policy


The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

  • 3-5 years work experience focused in controlling, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in blue chip, international operations, preferably for controlling of a function / divisions
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Excellent English mandatory, other languages a plus
  • A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change and opportunity. Has the potential to grow beyond the current role.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Competence in either US GAAP or IAS
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues
  • Excel modelling skills.
  • Relevant experience with HFM and SAP (or similar financial tools) is a plus.
