– Business Controlling LSC

Meet the team
Business Controlling Support Team for Local Supply Companies, currently consisting of 12 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide production and logistics business controlling services for Local Supply Companies in Western Europe region.  The main responsibilities of the team are preparation of Group and management reporting, month end closing processes, financial planning in agreed timelines and supporting local Finance Team in business relevant analysis.

  • working closely with various stakeholders across Carlsberg Group to ensure quality delivery of services;
  • frequent cooperation within Production and Logistics Business Partners and Controlling departments;
  • building and maintaining close relationship with local organizations;
  • gaining knowledge which helps to understand end to end business processes;
  • resolving non-standard inquiries that will challenge your knowledge and motivate to develop further;

  • enjoying a high degree of independence in improving and designing new processes and process improvements;

Your responsibilities will include…

  • playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy,
  • support in budgeting and forecasting processes with guidelines of senior colleagues,
  • preparation of management reporting for local management,
  • supporting local Finance Team in cost analysis,
  • reviewing and analysing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year,
  • preparing ad hoc reports,
  • close cooperation with Local Business Partners and Regional ISC Finance team,
  • ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality.

We are looking for a person who…

  • has a solid knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis,
  • has 1-3 years of professional experience in Controlling,
  • has University degree in Finance,
  • has a very good command of written and spoken English,
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point,
  • has previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be an asset),
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself,
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results,
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.
