    Overview/Description:Key support for Finance Business Partners and Analysts in Aon locations in process improvements, reporting tools creation, implementation and maintenance, dashboards implementation.

    • Support the EMEA and Global finance center teams and the wider finance community with technical support and in actively managing issues
    • Performance business and technical analysis of reporting processes
    • Development of technical and financial knowledge
    • Influence financial performance
    • Supporting the assessment and design of tool enhancements to drive improvements in management information and enhanced performance
    • Deliver clear and comprehensive technical training(including training for colleagues in the department)
    • Support process improvement and automation projects
    • Development of management reporting tools
    Skills & Competencies:
    • University degree in Finance, IT or Accounting preferable
    • 3 years of experience in Financial SSC or working in International environment
    • English level: C1 or higher
    • Advanced command of MS Office tools
    • Advanced excel skills is a must
    • Advanced VBA skills is a must
    • Experience in project management would be an asset
    • Experience in Finance Systems, systems development and implementations would be an asset
    • Experience in Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 would be an asset
    • Experience with any of systems TM1, HFM, Cognos, PeopleSoft, Qlikview would be an asset
    • Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication
    • Interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to communicate complex processes and technical knowledge
    • Ability to deal with stress and tight deadlines
    • Spotless record and strong ethos
