    In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

    Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:

    German Translator -
    Google Product Support
    Location: Kraków, Google Office on the Main Square


    Speakers with proficiency in the following languages:

    German/English (min. C1, C2 or native preferred)

    Key Role & Responsibilities

    Assist in the day to day communications with clients that our analysts perform with multilingual clients, translate the emails to ensure clear and proper communication in the client’s languages.

    • Provide guidance and transparent language expertise
    • Provide two-way communication and collaboration with analysts and clients
    • Serve as point of contact for emails led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness
    • Additional duties as role evolves

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Skill set required

    • Proficiency or native in German and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
    • Ability to absorb and troubleshoot technical terms and communicate them to a non-technical audience
    • Some previous experience in working for a publisher or ad network would be preferred but non-essential
    • Knowledge of technical language is a plus
