    Global Core Tech Specialist - Drum Fabrication

    Global Manufacturing Engineering Fabric & Dish Care
    Global Core tech Specialist maintains and develops core-manufacturing processes for drum fabrication.

    You focus on:
    • Define core-manufacturing processes for drum fabrication;
    • Own the internal knowledge and capabilities of specific core manufacturing processes relating to drum fabrication;
    • Create and maintain global specifications for Drum fabrication Equipment and processes. 
    • Own and maintain the Global IPCP for drum fabrication
    • Research, validate and recommend new technologies and methods for drum fabrication, including methods to maximize energy efficiency. 
    • Planning and optimization of new equipment, and co-operate with Capex team to ensure the right equipment acquisition
    • Working with factory, sector ME and production personnel to improve drum fabrication OEE, lower DL and DM costs, improve quality outcomes and optimize energy efficiency 
    • Facilitate DFM with R&D on new Products 
    • Cooperate with R&D, Open Innovation Team  
    • Supporting Sector / Local ME in new Projects 
    • Support for Maintenance with Global TPM for Drum lines.
    • Maintain global database on relevant drum line metrics 
    • Maintain the global Drum line forum and facilitate sharing of best practice 
    Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    • Technical university degree, preferably in the area of Mechatronics / Engineering/ Automation.
    • Preferred 2-3 years of experience with household appliances production/design.
    • Experience in drum fabrication processes.
    • The expertise of Processes –  PRO2, Invest Request, Teamcenter, IPCP
    • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CAD
    • Good analytical and methodical problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in multicultural teams, open and innovative mindset.
    • Goal-oriented, persevering, focused on quality.
    • Self-organized, able to share attention between short and long-term goals.
    • Ability to work in a complex international team environment.
    • Availability to travel.
    • Fluent in Polish and English.
