    Model Group develops, produces and delivers intelligent, innovative, high-value packaging solutions using solid cardboard and corrugated cardboard, ranging from simple transport packaging to chocolate and perfume boxes with sophisticated finishes. The Group consists of 12 production plants in five European countries with more than 3000 employees. Its principal markets include Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine and Croatia.

    Currently Model Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as the Group Sales Controller, located in one of our plants in Poland. In this role you will be interacting with Group management, sales administration, business unit managers and business unit controllers to accelerate revenue growth, enhance profitability and improve forecast accuracy. This position offers outstanding chances to reach senior leadership level and to gain long-term growth opportunities.

    • Ensure sales enquiries are being treated accurately, consistently and quickly throughout the regional organizations
    • Monitor the sales organization and standards; improve sales reporting quality and tools
    • Support sales in raising awareness of customer quality
    • Create sales forecast on the Group level and evaluate it against key objectives
    • Benchmark reports on different levels of aggregation
    • Maintain and coordinate application of pricing assumptions - locally driving and supporting the pricing process on the Group level
    • Evaluate profitability on different levels of aggregation
    • Monitor receivables on customer level; support month-end close reporting
    • Prepare flash KPIs reporting, present related variance analysis to the executive team
    • Support continuous improvement projects
    • Integrate ad hoc processes into system-based reporting
    • Prepare pre- and post-evaluations of sales projects
    • Willingness to travel frequently on business


    • 6+ years of Sales/Operations/Finance background preferably in an international company
    • 3+ years of working with sales management in an international sales environment
    • Proven proficiency in managing analytical initiatives with an excellent ability to develop insights to help make business recommendations
    • Experience in working with a variety of systems, applications and reporting tools
    • Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Excel; experience in SAP and BW is an advantage
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficient command of English - German knowledge is an advantage
    • Ability to interact at various levels of the organization
