    The opportunity
    Insurers across the globe are investing heavily in technology-enabled transformation programs. A number of solution “hot spots” exist today such as in claims, underwriting, policy and billing.  Our ambition is to be the C-suite advisor for insurance technology-enabled transformation programs, recognized by our clients for our insightful thought leadership, pro-activity in meeting their needs, and having truly globally integrated capabilities. Typical projects will span the following areas of Insurance Technology Enabled Transformation:
    • Guidewire System Implementation (Policy, Billing, Claims)
    • Enterprise Data Management
    • Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting Operations/Technology
    • Performance Management and Measurement
    • Enterprise Technology Expense Reduction

    Your key responsibilities
    We are currently seeking a Senior to help lead projects. Seniors are typically responsible for managing standalone projects or elements of multiple client engagements. Their duties include service delivery, identifying future sales opportunities, and supporting practice development activities in the Digital practice. This professional will provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress, and demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
    Skills and attributes for success
    • The expectations are that a Senior will be able to maintain long-term client relationships and network and cultivate business development opportunities.
    • Provide high quality client services by directing daily progress of engagement work, informing engagement manager of engagement status, and managing staff performance.
    To qualify for the role you must have
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of post-bachelor's work experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services
    • 1+ years of implementation experience using any MDM (e.g. Informatica, DataHub).
    • Experience leading small to medium teams of onsite and offsite developers.
    • Experience with software design patterns, architecture specifications and full software lifecycle.
    • Experience with SDLC documentation principles and practice.
    • Agile and lean product development mindset.
    • Skills and proven experience in the definition of Master Data Management (MDM) tools, End to End solution analysis, and MDM solution delivery
    • Information flow modeling hands on experience.
    • Logical and physical data modeling experience.
    Ideally, you’ll also have
    • Experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services
    • Experience in Guidewire DataHub
    • Domain driven design experience, preferably focused on financial services, insurance or telecommunications.
    • Data migration tools knowledge
