    Your key responsibilities:

    • hardware configuration for new hires - Mac OS and Windows
    • managing a Windows Server environment
    • user account maintenance
    • providing everyday user support to our teams
    • software deployment
    • keeping hardware and software registered
    • handling ad hoc technical issues

    We will click if you:

    • have 2+ years’ work experience in an IT helpdesk environment
    • have very good knowledge of MS Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS
    • are experienced in Active Directory, MS Exchange and MS Windows Server 2012/2012R2
    • can use knowledge bases and tools with technical acumen
    • know technical English language very well
    • have experience in network management
    • like contact with people, helping them
    • present very good social and communication skills
