    At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznań we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.

    Miejsce pracy: Poznań

    Tasks:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team in such areas like new hires employment contracts, onboarding and mobility coordination, invitation and reference letters
    • Create and maintain personnel files, including processing, distributing and filing all new hire documents according to the local labour code and data protection regulations
    • Administer HR-related processes, programs and databases (benefits enrollment, payroll, mobility, loan programs, insurance, tuition, housing allocations)
    • Conduct personnel analysis and reporting using Firm databases
    • Provide additional administrative support where needed

    Profile

    • BA degree
    • Fluent English
    • Min. 1 year of admin experience
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office
    • Quality mindset and attention to detail
    • Ability to stay calm and composed when priorities change
