your tasks
  • Being responsible part of People & Culture and Administration team
  • Providing front desk and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing HR administration support in areas such as benefits, documentation, organizing Health and Safety trainings
  • Participating in onboarding process for new employees and consultants
  • Assisting in organizing various events for the Company
  • Ordering and managing Office supplies
  • Keeping office area organized and coordinate external services
what we expect
  • Have minimum 1+ years of experience in administrative position in international environment
  • Experience in HR administration field will be considered as an asset
  • Well organized and structured
  • Solving problem approach
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Have very strong attention to details
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • High dynamic environment as preferred working environment
