Your responsibilities
HR support/expertise for managers and employees (recruitment, C&B, EB, organization development, labour issues and administration etc.)
Provide proactive leadership and creative insights to clarify and resolve business issues
Coach and challenge managers in decision making on HR matters
Coordinates recruitment processes in order to acquire and hire candidates with the required competences.
Ensure the effective implementation of HR process, policies, methodologies and guidelines (Talent management, Leadership Development, Performance management)
Organizational development and efficiency
Monitor, follow up, consolidate people KPI’s
Active participation in other HR projects
Cooperation with external partners such as recruitment agencies, headhunters, trainers and outsourcing companies providing temporary workers and additional services.
Our requirements
University Degree (Master or Bachelor in relevant field)
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international, manufacturing environment
Fluent in English and Polish
Practical knowledge of labour law
Strong understanding of the business and the local labour market
Proactive, highly self-motivated and independent working style
Creative approach to problem solving
Strong communication and networking skills
Strong time management and priorities management skills
Good team working skills in an international matrix organization
Willingness to travel as part of the role as needed
