Your responsibilities

  • HR support/expertise for managers and employees (recruitment, C&B, EB, organization development, labour issues and administration etc.)

  • Provide proactive leadership and creative insights to clarify and resolve business issues

  • Coach and challenge managers in decision making on HR matters

  • Coordinates recruitment processes in order to acquire and hire candidates with the required competences.

  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR process, policies, methodologies and guidelines (Talent management, Leadership Development, Performance management)

  • Organizational development and efficiency

  • Monitor, follow up, consolidate people KPI’s

  • Active participation in other HR projects

  • Cooperation with external partners such as recruitment agencies, headhunters, trainers and outsourcing companies providing temporary workers and additional services.

Our requirements

  • University Degree (Master or Bachelor in relevant field)

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international, manufacturing environment

  • Fluent in English and Polish

  • Practical knowledge of labour law

  • Strong understanding of the business and the local labour market

  • Proactive, highly self-motivated and independent working style

  • Creative approach to problem solving

  • Strong communication and networking skills

  • Strong time management and priorities management skills

  • Good team working skills in an international matrix organization

  • Willingness to travel as part of the role as needed
