Your responsibilities

  • Support, guide and consult our managers by leading them through our people and talent processes, understanding the organizational structure and challenges and helping them to implement strategies and changes. Also identify development and training needs for our people.

  • First contact for our people by being responsive and solution oriented for all kinds of people cases, being a advisor in labour regulations and compensations from on- to offboarding

  • International Teamplayer by connecting and communicating with our people & brand team in Europe and sharing best practices and knowledge

  • Follow-up on trends and predict employees’ expectations by analyzing data and tools on the external market.

  • Hands-on and innovative by finding always new solutions and brining in new ideas, creating an appreciating, modern and unique working place.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally in a professional service organization.

  • Excellent people management skills and a very good knowledge of labour legislation

  • Full understanding of all HR metrics and HR IT systems

  • Hands-on and motivated, also Analytical and goal oriented

  • Very good English skills (min. B2/C1)

As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for people-related processes at Axxiome Health. In a big picture you will help us to create a great place to work. What does it mean for you?
