HR Department Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced manager who will be responsible for running all HR processes in KRUK Group companies in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Managing the whole HR Department which contains several functions: payroll, recruitment, employer branding, HRBP role, building an engagement of employees, development and HR reporting.
  • Ensuring high standards in a cooperation with internal partners and ongoing optimization of the HR processes.
  • Building and maintaining an organizational culture of the company, and active participation in initiatives that will integrate them.
  • Close cooperation with the Group Central Process Owner for HR. Participation in the HR initiatives internationally.

WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES:

  • High business awareness and integrity.
  • Results orientation
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Min. 4 year experience in a managerial position in HR area.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of the modern HR tools and experience in their effective implementation in a large organization.
  • Experience in the field of payroll area.
  • LEAN mindset will be an advantage
