HR Information Systems and Operations Analyst

Key Activities

  • Maintenance and develop regional HR Information Systems Management activity like Teta Constellation and People Soft system
  • Responsible for different regional projects.
  • Develops and maintains applicable service agreements
  • Auditing data between Teta Constellation vs People Soft system
  • Solve issues between Teta Constellation vs People Soft system
  • Maintains information systems involving integration of multiple platforms and technologies
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.
  • Preparing  payroll reports on request
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Manage HR systems access control including limiting access to the minimum required in line with European Data Safety guidelines.
  • Gathers and drives stakeholder requirements, product vision, and continuous improvement through a typical project life cycle.
  • Ability to map business requirements to systems delivered functionality.
  • Communicates and coordinates with Parker’s Human Resource Department, Information Technology, business stakeholders and other partners to ensure proper integration of HRIS processes and applications.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Ideal candidate has:

  • Higher education, preferably in IT, Accounting, Finance,
  • TETA system, and People Soft system knowledge,
  • Experience  in HRIS and Payroll systems customization,
  • HR or HRIS bacground is a plus,
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • 4 - 5 years of professional experience in similar role,
  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word),
  • Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities,
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills,
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface      with all internal and external contacts,
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the      business within a matricial organization,
  • Flexibility to accommodate ever changing working environment and demands placed upon it  in a positive manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
