HR Operational Internship

Description

 

Would you like to experience HR Operations Team work, participate in different operational tasks, and understand HR Operations processes and procedures? Would you like to take part in HR Operations projects? 
 
If  yes,  we are currently looking for an Intern to our HR Operations Team to join us for 6 weeks unpaid internship.


Tasks:

Using your eye for details and passion for working with people, during the internship  you will be supporting HR Operations team by:
  • issuing HR operational documents 
  • entering and maintaining the data in HR Systems 
  • providing support to benefits management processes
  • support  other HR members to ensure continuous and timely support to our  employees
  • supporting the onboarding program for new employees
  • supporting ongoing HR projects and other activities

Requirements:

If you are a student pursuing university-level education (preferably third or fourth year), interested in HR and you also have:
  • good time management and communication skills
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law
  • fluent English
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
