    The HRIS Team takes care of back-office applications implementation and maintenance in the area of HR Systems and Integrations in Naspers eCommerce globally.

    HR Technology Specialist (IT)

    Workplace: Poznań

    Responsibilities:

    • specialist and analyst role for HR systems and HR data integrations projects of implementation and maintenance
    • analyze user requirements and propose solution concept according to accepted design principles
    • prepare solution design and validation
    • review change requests placed by the business
    • support configuration, change management and release processes
    • provide daily production support
    • lead work streams in implementation and maintenance projects
    • creating and executing effective test plans, and providing training and documentation to end users
    • establish and maintain relations with key stakeholders
    • prepare reports, statements, specifications and analysis

    Requirements:

    • very good command of English allowing to communicate without constraints
    • 3+ years of experience in HR technology implementation
    • experience in business process analysis and data mapping
    • knowledge of HR processes
    • proactivity, precision, responsibility for actions
    • well-developed communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
    • min. 4 years professional experience
    • ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
    • strong organizational skills



    Nice to have:

    • experience in international implementation of HR software (preferably Oracle HR systems)
    • experience in system integrations analysis
