    Human Resources Administrator -
    6 months contract

    The Human Resources Administrator is part of the Human Resources Krakow team and will be responsible for HR admin tasks for Akamai Krakow site and smaller locations in EMEA.
    The person will work closely with HR Representatives, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team.


    • Administering hiring process (incl. system hiring, contracting, communication to candidates)
    • Assisting with an on-boarding process (new hire document collection)
    • Preparing/auditing personal files
    • Maintaining HR documents (annexes, certificates, absence documents, tax statements etc.)
    • Responding to employee HR admin related queries
    • Responding to employee HR admin related queries
    • Preparing HR reports (incl. absences, creative works)
    • Collaborating with Payroll around work time data (Overtime, absences etc.)
    • Handling probation review process (incl. contracts)
    • Assisting with termination process (system, survey, exit interviews)
    • Managing administration of benefits (registration, queries, taxation with payroll)
    • Assisting with special projects (engagement, diversity, development)


    • 1-2 years of relevant corporate experience (preferably in HR)
    • Advanced in English
    • Knowledge of Excel
    • Orientation to details
    • Strong communication skills
    • Team player and desire to learn in a fast-paced organization
    • Ability to work independently
