    Import Planning Team Coordinator

    Location – Krakow

    Why is this job for You:

    Import Planning Team Coordinator is responsible for coordination of daily work of Import Planning Team and play active operational role in administering the process of importing UFS paper products from non-EU mills. Coordinates all activities associated with distribution of goods through European distribution centers. This position also gives an opportunity to work in rapidly changing environment, get enormous portion of business acumen when dealing with daily duties and be a part of unique Supply Chain team!

     

    You will:

    • Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports thru European DC’s or direct in containers in accordance with existing procedures and business rules.
    • Ensure seamless process by close cooperation with DC operators, Customer Service, Finance and sourcing mills
    • Support DC’s with their daily operational enquiries.
    • Process production orders in SAP and manage corresponding replenishments in Elixir
    • Ensure stock alignment between IP system and DC’s IT system.
    • Seek for and suggest improvement of the import processes.
    • Provide accurate and timely information/data for the financial month close process.
    • Periodic visits to and physical inventory check at distribution centers.
    • Supervise work of the Import Planning Team with special attention to building effective team, organizing back-up system and onboarding of new team members.
    • Ensure that the performance objectives and roadmap process is implemented in the whole team.

    You have:

    • Very good interpersonal skills, including listening, coaching and motivating
    • Organizational skills along with analytical and problem solving capabilities
    • Ability to adjust to constantly changing environment
    • Excellent knowledge of products base, supply chain structure and customer’s business
    • Experience in customer service, supply chain
    • Good analytical skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English
    • Proficiency in MS office applications
