A major part of our success is in pairing great restaurants with reliable deliveries from Scoober. Scoober is the heart of our driver logistics and operations, ensuring the journey from the kitchen to the customer always runs smoothly.

All about the role

As our Inside Sales Team Lead, you’ll manage a talented team that attracts potential new restaurants – helping convince them to sign up for our ordering platform and Scoober.

In addition to helping the Inside Sales team identify the right restaurants, you’re able to develop more efficient ways of working. You’ll also be a key contact point for the Sales Manager, supporting them in a range of strategic and operational matters.

Being our Inside Sales expert also means:

  • Supervising daily sales activities within your team
  • Managing KPIs and making sure team aims fit our company goals
  • Being up-to-date on developments within the Polish market
  • Coaching the team on After Sales care – ensuring restaurants are satisfied and stay on our platform

Can you deliver…

Ready to take on the role? Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a team lead, preferably with a background in inside (phone) sales
  • Excellent English and Polish (written & spoken) – minimum B2 level
  • Good communication skills and the ability to inspire & encourage your team
  • You’re an expert in sales and able to transfer knowledge to your colleagues
  • You’re able to quickly identify issues and offer support
