    Internal Audit Administration Support Specialist (fixed term contract) # 112921

    Joining the Internal Audit COO (Chief Operating Officer) Team as an Admin Support Specialist is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career. Credit Suisse Group Internal Audit is a global function comprising 360 staff based predominantly in London, Zurich, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. It supports board and management through the conduct of financial, operational and information technology audits, and plays a vital role in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls across all business within Credit Suisse Group. It is managed by Rafael Lopez Lorenzo as Global Head of Internal Audit and reports directly to the Audit Committee.

    As part of our strategy, Internal Audit is seeking to build strong audit teams at the Business Delivery Centers (BDCs) locations in Poland, US and India. Established in July 2007, the Wroclaw BDC is already Credit Suisse's second largest office in the EMEA region and offers you the opportunity to develop skills and experience across a wide-range of functions.


    As Internal Audit Administration Support Specialist tasks for which you will be responsible will include:

    • Support preparation, review and distribution of Internal Audit reports (regular audit reports, change assurance reports)
    • Maintaining of Internal Audit’s management information system
    • Maintaining the team mailbox and answering queries directly or addressing to the right person
    • Supporting the COO team in administrative tasks, such as processing internal communications, administrating Business Relationship framework, supporting administration of webpages and SharePoint sites
    • Preparing presentations and reviewing presentations
    • Build relationships with colleagues across the function and streamline processes to make them more effective and efficient

    We offer a fixed term contract until October 2019.

    • You hold the university (Administration or Economics would be an asset)
    • You are fluent in English language to business standard
    • You demonstrate advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • You possess advanced experience in design/creation of presentations
    • You have outstanding organizational and communication skills
    • You have ability to multitask and cooperate with people across various locations
    • Your experience in an administrative position would be beneficial, with a general awareness/understanding of Audit and/or Banking a strong plus
