We are looking for an
IP Administration Specialist
The IP Administration Specialist will primarily be responsible for comprehensively handling the patent applications and patent portfolio of the Scope Fluidics Group, according to the policy set out by the management, in cooperation with other employees and external patnent attorneys. The position offers wide range of possibilities to develop within the field of Intellectual Property, according to Candidate's career goals.

We hereby inform that Scope Fluidics S.A., seated in Warsaw at Duchnicka 3 street, is the controller of the provided personal data. The personal data are gathered for the recruitment processes. You are entitled access and ammendments to your personal data. Provision of the personal data within the scope specified in the Labour Law Act of June 29, 1974 and other executive acts is obligatory. Any other data may be provided voluntarily.

Your personal data specified in the Labour Code or in other specific acts (as required by the advertisement) are processed on the basis of legal regulations and their submission is necessary to take part in the recruitment process. We process your personal data in order to conduct recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period not longer than 60 days from the moment of apply and when you consented to participate in future recruitment for a period not longer than 180m days from the moment of end of recrutation.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
