    We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. More than 10 years ago, our Information Systems Delivery Center in Krakow was built up. Last year it successfully merged into the newly created Global Business Services organization. This allows us to expand our global activities and support even further. To strengthen our Project and Document Management Domain we are looking for IS Service Manager with experience in delivering and supervising projects and services.     Tasks:

    Together with the Business Engagement and Domain Manager the successful person will be responsible for building strategy for the systems supporting business processes in scope and driving optimization of the existing services. In the role:
    • You will be responsible for delivery of “End to End” IS solutions/services within the assigned area of responsibility according to agreed schedule, cost and quality utilizing internal IS delivery units, as well as external 3rd party IS service suppliers
    • You will contract IS Project Managers based on recommendation by PM Workforce Manager, initiate projects and monitor their execution
    • You will maintain a view of upcoming demand within the services in scope
    • You will collaborate with Application Build and Application Run to create integrated, business process-oriented SLAs; collaborate with both to define new SLAs when building a new solution
    • You will prepare the cost estimates and project time plans for the processes in scope (in cooperation with the Functional Analysts and Domain Architect)
    • You will collaborate with all relevant parts of the ADM organization to gather improvement and service innovation opportunities
    • You will maintain the relationship with the application vendors
    Requirements:
    • Experienced in managing global services (ITIL) and projects
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Ability to promote a team environment with strong leadership skills
    • Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
    • Good knowledge of the Project Management and Document Management concepts is highly desirable
    • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline
    • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
