IT Service Desk Junior Technician

Job Purpose:

Providing technical services, solutions and support to all internal clients, including OPS and RST if needed. Responsibility for issue identification, troubleshooting, recording, resolution and escalation, along with organization.

Your challenges:

  • Provide first line support for OPS and RST
  • Cooperation with vendors and external service companies
  • Monitoring and redirecting current problems in the restaurants and office, connected with proactive support and preventive actions
  • Completing internal IT tasks (reports, SLA monitoring, documentation)
  • Events Coordination, On-site visits


Requirements:

  • University degree- preferably Informatics, Telecommunication or Electronics
  • Very good English both written and spoken
  • 1+ year of relevant experience will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Windows systems
  • Knowledge of network systems and protocols
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware (PC, Laptops, Phones etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertiveness and stress resistance
  • Availability for shift work
