IT Support Engineer with German - 2nd lineNumer ref.: 2020/06/01

Your tasks:

  • Providing 2nd level support in the field of IT equipment for the retail fashion stores in Europe
  • Supporting Service Desk Team in daily operations (including helping other Specialists with solving the most challenging cases)
  • Providing technical assistance to  Warsaw Retail Business Center Employees
  • Delivering services on required level
  • Solving problems according to ITIL best practices
  • Taking part in projects and more complex Service Desk tasks
  • Cooperation with other IT Support Centers located abroad
  • Preparing instructions and procedures for less experienced colleagues



  • Fluent English and German is a must
  • University degree in computer science, informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Perfect knowledge of PC computer
  • Knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure
  • Experience in POS systems (GK software) will be a strong advantage
  • Experience in network administration (CISCO devices) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server software and Active Directory
  • Constant desire to learn, gain new skills and seek solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software and network problems
  • Understanding of customer requirements, business objectives and processes
  • Experience in project coordination
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • IT technology passionate
