    ITC Researcher/Recruiter
    Workplace: Kraków

     

    OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

    Responsible for filling the IT Contracting needs of MSP recruitment accounts primarily in US. This researcher/recruiter will work with the team to recruit, qualify and interview, submit and place IT candidates for temporary/temp to hire and project positions at various client companies.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for the recruitment of IT candidates for submission to MSP national account requisitions
    • Identify and communicate with candidates through a variety of methods to include Social Media Outlets, Cold calling, Networking and Industry events, etc.
    • Utilizing a vast array of industry tools to identify perspective candidates
    • Identifying & interviewing candidates on a consistent bases in an effort to develop a network of highly qualified professionals to meet the needs of the client base
    • Consulting with clients in an effort to assess the potential need for recruitment services in a proactive manner
    • Using company-wide automated recruiting database to track candidate communications
    • Meeting set production goals and deadlines set by the company on a consistent basis

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    IT recruitment experience within a deadline driven fast paced work environment, staffing industry preferred. Understanding of full life cycle recruitment. Ability to interact with all levels of management, excellent customer service skills required. Knowledge of MSP/VMS a plus!
