    Due to significant growth in demand for its services Codeo is looking to recruit a Junior Account Manager for Polish market. This is an exciting and extensive role in a high growth enterprise you would be joining a very successful international sales team selling hardware and maintenance services.

    Codeo’s primary focus is the selling and purchasing of Legacy & pre-owned Hand held Data terminals, Printers and EPOS Hardware.

    With sales offices located in Lyon France, Frankfurt Germany and Bristol United Kingdom the sales growth has been significant year on year creating extremely enthusiastic sales environment. Web marketing has been a key contributor to growth and offers excellent lead generation. The culture is hardworking, target driven and team oriented.

    Junior Account Manager

    The role is highly entrepreneurial selling to new and existing customers.

    • Sales negotiation, and business Development,
    • Account development through identifying new opportunities within existing clients,
    • Customer visits: clearly understand scope and customer expectations,
    • Account management: candidate will liaise closely and frequently with Operation teams to ensure skill set requirements are available to meet mobilization commitments.
    • You are comfortable working a fast paced, high pressure, target driven environment. Opportunities will vary in size, yet will be high in volume and they will be recurring. The Sales Targets are realistic and earnings are uncapped
    • Achieving sales targets

    Key points & attributes:

    • Recent graduate with business or technical degree with up to 2 years of experience (preferably in sales or sale related environment)
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong planning, organizational and attention to detail skills
    • At least very good level of English (any other European language would be advantageous)
    • Drive for results and achieve sales targets
    • Ability to prioritize workload, with good time management skills
    • Enthusiastic
    • Teamwork capabilities

    The candidate lives in Warsaw or is willing to move to Warsaw, having a previous experience in working abroad is a plus.

    We offer:
    • Job location: Warsaw
    • Job Type: Full Time Permanent
    • Start : mid August/beg September 
    • Salary – basic (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission (8% to 11% gross margin), laptop , phone. OTE (on target earnings) in the first year is 67 000 PLN (basic) + 20 000 PLN (comission) gross/annum which will grow to 67 000 PLN (basic) + 40 000 PLN gross/annum.
