    Credit Risk Management (CRM) is part of the Risk division. CRM serves the bank from twenty-one offices across the world. The CRM mission is to manage overall credit risk for Credit Suisse consistent with the bank's appetite, policies and business objectives.

    • We develop and administer credit policies and procedures
    • We work in partnership with the business divisions to facilitate and approve transactions
    • We rate countries and counterparties, approve credit limits appropriate to the strength and standing of the counterparty, monitor counterparty exposures and performance and mitigate unacceptable risk
    • We work out distressed credits and dynamically monitor exposures, including country exposure and impaired assets; we set and manage portfolio limits

    This role will be working with CRM, Change and Risk IT as the primary UAT coordinator and tester.

    • You will plan & coordinate UAT for all the UAT testers globally
    • You will review test plans with the CRO Change team
    • You will work on a post UAT improvements with other stakeholders
    • You will ensure that each cycle has the correct documentation as described in the CRM procedures
    • You will act as the first point of contact for CRM on all system production issues, working to get them resolved with IT and helping to communicate with the system users
    • You will learn about credit risk and expand the role over time to cover business analysis and project management
    • As this is a global role - you will coordinate across time zones

    • Have you got at least one year of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - preferably within banking industry?
    • Do you have excellent communication skills in English?
    • Are you are familiar with MS Excel?
    • Are you interested to get in-depth understanding of CRM practices?
