For our team located in Wroclaw we are seeking the following:
Junior End User Support Engineer with German
WORKPLACE: Wrocław

Your tasks:

  • Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
  • Troubleshooting and configuring applications, finding a solution for occurring problems
  • Analysing and solving IT issues related to Microsoft Windows Environment
  • Escalation of major problems to 3rd line support
  • Maintaining positive relations with our end-users of our end-customer

Our requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English languages
  • Knowledge of remote support users and Windows Operating System
  • IT Troubleshooting skills
  • Problem solving orientation with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Openness for gaining new knowledge and skills
