    Junior HR Advisor with German
    Location: Kraków

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintains employee records and applicant databases in the relevant HR systems
    • Processes personnel applications, forms, statistics and any other highly confidential material
    • Compiles reporting data for analysis, and may perform routine analyses
    • Assists employees in the completion of appropriate forms, calculation of benefits
    • Develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff
    • Answers general questions and inquiries in various areas of Human Resources via email, phone, post or any other channels
    • Reconciles physical or scanned document information with HR system information
    • Prepares output documents with regard to observing data protection policies
    • Develops and updates internal procedures and process descriptions
    • Makes sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the HR data processing is maintained.
    • Second language support – contacts directly with customers, independently handles of incoming/outgoing communication verbal & written in a second foreign language
    • Completes any other duties as assigned

    Your profile

     

    Technical Competences:

    • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies
    • Excellent command of all Windows applications
    • Good command of English and German both written and spoken
