    For our HR team we are looking for an:
     
    Junior IT Support with English
    Miejsce pracy: Łódź

    Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent from an accredited institution, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience.
    • Communicative English (written and spoken).
    • Windows 7/10.
    • Microsoft Office.
    • Android.
    • Basic hardware knowledge.
    • Driving licence
    • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
    • Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills.

    Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment is not required.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Serving as primary point of contact for end users requesting support via phone, email and portals, with the objective of first contact resolution.
    • Delivering IT specific training and onboarding/orientation to new hires.
    • Mobile phone procurement and management.
    • Accurately logging all interactions in the ticketing tool.
