Your responsibilities
SAP Basis administration
Technical administration of operating systems for SAP applications (SUSE Linux) in cloud-based environment
Installation of patches and software upgrades, SSL certificates
Troubleshooting of issues (file systems, performance etc.), on-call support
Maintenance of user accounts
OS Security / compliance assistance
System / End-to-End monitoring with cloud tools
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
Good written and spoken English (B2)
Strong technical knowledge in Linux/Unix system administration (preferable SUSE Linux)
Basic knowledge in computer networks (LAN, WAN)
Good knowledge in Linux issues resolution (routing, iptables)
Knowledge and experience in OS security
Working with scripts (bash) or automation (Ansible) would be an asset
Experience in SAP Basis or SAP area will be an asset
Working with SUSE Peacemaker would be an asset
Strong analytical skills
Service and customer orientation
Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
