    As a part of Service Operations team you will:

    • Coordinate and optimize IT service operation processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and few others),
    • Day-to-day contact with customer, technical support teams, suppliers and other 3rd parties ensuring timely incident resolution align with contractual thresholds,
    • Be responsible for the end-to-end process adherence handling the incidents/requests according to agreed KPIs/SLAs.
    • Use best-practices base to create good-practices in the field of service management within ITIL process standardization to tailor our work to customer needs,
    • Work using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)



    We expect you to have:

    • Min. 2 years of experience in collaboration with international customer,
    • High understanding of service life-cycle,
    • Very good organizational and management skills,
    • Analytical skills to listen to technical teams inputs and find out potential risks,
    • Excellent English skills (C1 is a must).



    IT would be a plus if you have:

    • Prior experience in using ITIL best practices,
    • Previous experience in Agile environment.
