    Job Description

    New role within Tender Department appeared! We are currently looking for Junior Tender Specialist to join our organization in Warsaw!

    As a Junior Tender Specialist you will be monitoring notices of tenders and searching for the announcements.
    You will take care of complex Service of Tender Process and other offers, prepare price quotation and tables with technical parameters in cooperation with business.

    Other responsibilities:

    • Preparing documents on every stage of the tender process (requests on the SIWZ terms, explanation of the offer, informing the Purchasing Entity)
    • Verifying of SIWZ along with the terms of the agreements
    • Analyzing of the tender market
    • Cooperating with the Sales Department
    • Signing the agreements as a result of tender selection
    • Cooperating with internal and external clients

    We expect that you have minimum of 1 year of experience in tender processes, preferably in medical devices industry and good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    Other expectations:

    • Result oriented, communicative, responsible, self-motivated person
    • Able to work under time pressure
    • Open for changes
    • Fluent English
