For our Client, a renowned international manufacturing and trading company operating in B2B area, a leader in the sector which operates in, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Key Account Manager
- Plan, coordinate and manage high value and multi production site projects.
- Create and maintain projects’ pipeline to support the Account’s plans across multiple sites
and product/supply chain areas.
- Coordinate and manage the internal and external resources needed to deliver the Account’s contract.
- Ensure that opportunities to serve the Account from all areas of capability within the Group are explored
and actioned where possible.
- Support local plants’ sales teams as required with the Account development as well as significant new business opportunities under guidance of the Central Account teams.
- Ensure the Account’s sales & development strategies are supported and implemented in line with plans.
- Manage and develop key relationships with production sites and their sales teams to ensure joint site approach opportunities are identified and actioned.
- Build strong relationships with the customer teams at plant level: Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Projects and Purchasing teams by chairing regular plant team meetings and sharing information.
- Identify, participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and other activities.
- Deliver and manage new profitable business growth.
- Several years of Account Management experience in B2B environment.
- Minimum 5 years of practice in cooperation with Key Accounts at European level.
- Experience in Industrial B2B supply chains will be an advantage.
- Commercial acumen with consultative approach to Accounts management.
- Project management skills.
- Goal- and business-orientation, proactivity, creativity, effectiveness.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Capacity to develop strong business relationship and long-term cooperation.
- Very good command of English.
- Russian knowledge will be a great asset.
- Higher education.
