    Lean/Six Sigma Expert


    • University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy)
    • Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
    • Experience in Continuous Improvement projects lead and process optimization 
    • Project management experience will be an asset
    • Experience in leading workshops and conducting trainings will be an asset
    • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Proactive and able to use initiative and creativity
    • Good time management skills and flexible approach to work
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Flexibility to travel - up to 5%


    Lean/Six Sigma Expert is responsible to identify, analyze, optimize business processes and issues, especially those which are determined by its complexity. She/he captures the knowledge, identifies opportunities and ensures proper solutions. Supports Team Leaders in the area of process stabilization and team work coordination. Supporting Continuous Improvement culture implementation and promotion among the organization. 

    • Facilitates improvement and leads problem solving workshops utilizing Lean Six Sigma  tools
    • Analyzes current processes in order to identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risks
    • Gathers process specific data relevant to the benchmarking of the process performance
    • Leads the Lean projects to optimize and improve the effectiveness, improve quality and reduce risks
    • Conducts appropriate analysis activities to support the achievement of projects deliverables
    • Successfully interacts with various internal departments
    • Actively seeks for new projects opportunities
    • Identify processes that can be subjected to automation/robotics process automation
