    Lean Specialist

    We are looking for an ambitious Lean Engineer and experienced Change Agent with good understanding of production and internal logistics processes and previous experience in re-organizing Production, able to implement lean tools and keep high standards in fast -paced environment.

    This work is about leading the mental change with people and implement new way of working using lean methodology.

    Lean Specialist,

    (Electrolux Manufacturing System Change Agent)

    EMS Change Agent


    Lead LEAN methods and tools in Hoods Factory to be safer, cleaner, more organized and effective in manufacturing and connected areas (material flow, quality, maintenance) and in office side.


    • Support the implementation of LEAN methods and tools throughout the factory
    • Train and support all factory employees (both white and blue collars) as well as team leaders and managers in using LEAN tools and techniques
    • Be the promoter of internal best practices
    • Create documentation on the best practices of the factory and make them public
    • Support employees in acquiring LEAN certificates by training for LEAN methods and tools 
    • Analyze and assess the manufacturing processes, make corrective actions
    • Give proposals for changing KPI's, if required
    • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the productivity
    • Make proposals for cost reduction by analyzing the costs of the production 
    • Support and take active part in preparation for the LEAN assessment of the factory
    • Create yearly LEAN action plan (dashboard)
    • Report activities, actions, results to Global Operations Management
    • Lead improvement projects by involving the relevant departments and supporting implementation
    • Work close to Core team to assure consistency in approach and methodology
    • Track program progress and contribute to progress report


    • Technical University degree (preferred Lean Management, Production Management and Organization)
    • At least 2 year experience in manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of 5S, LEAN and Kaizen principles
    • Project management experience
    • Practice in knowledge transfer, in training and in coaching others


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems
    • Ability to work independently and in team
    • Fluent in English and Polish
    • Computer skills (MS Office)
