![]() Level 1 Technical Support Engineer Location: Kraków REF: RDTS1 We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 Technical Support Engineer at Skelia to join our office located in the heart of Kraków. In this role, you’ll be working as part of a team of ten – seven Level 1 and three Level 2 Support Engineers, but these numbers are about to increase in the coming months. This is a recently created Team that acts as an extension of our Client’s Team based in Belgium. While most of the processes are already up and running, we are still is a transition phase, meaning the scope of responsibilities of the Team, as well as variety of the technical tasks they perform continues to grow.
