Your responsibilities
- Consulting with customers to understand the current and future SharePoint needs and develop solutions
- Contributing to the future IP Intranet design in SharePoint Online (Hubs, Communication Sites, Team Sites)
- Contributing to the implementation of new solutions approved for the M365 environment
- Assisting team in performing migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online
- Tracking trajectory of technologies related to M365, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Yammer, Forms, etc.
- Assisting in the development of future strategies for M365 products and services
- Providing input into SharePoint-related training and best practice guidance documentation as needed
- Collaborating effectively with IT peers and end users if needed
- Working in an unstructured, changing environment
- Analyzing requirements and specifications, leading to solution recommendations
- Recognizing and share opportunities to innovate with technology
- Applying ITIL fundamentals to all relevant processes including Incident and change management
- Engaging with team members in efforts to eliminate service failings
- Accurately documenting all work performed through IP's service management system
- Providing end-user support for tickets/issues related to any products/apps/services CSPS owns
- Providing periodic off-hours, on-call support, 24/7
Our requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Requires ~6 years of increasing IT experience
- 3+ years' experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019/Online preferred
- Experience with SharePoint Online in a hybrid environment preferred
- Experience with Azure Cloud preferred
- Experience with OneDrive and other M365 applications preferred
- Microsoft 365 tenant and application support and administration, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Automate preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerShell preferred

Why this is job for you
International Paper’s Collaboration & SharePoint Services (CSPS) team is responsible for delivering and implementing M365 and SharePoint-related enterprise solutions. This position provides design, configuration, consulting, training, and support services for all of International Paper. This position is also responsible for helping identify, develop, and deliver International Paper’s internal SharePoint training needs through IP’s SharePoint User Group, IT University, and 1-1 consultations.
This position works closely with colleagues in IT Services & Solutions, Business & Process Information Managers, and end users throughout the world. Ultimately, the individual in this position will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to deliver creative and innovative solutions to our IT partners and end users.
