    A leading international commercial real estate company is currently looking for a:

    Mall Administrator
    Workplace: Warsaw
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
    Ref.: MA/1118

    Scope of duties:

    • Daily administration of the Front Office Reception in the SC Management Office
    • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers, cooperation with servicing companies and contractors
    • Administrating incoming and outgoing mail, cooperation with couriers, handling incoming calls
    • Archiving documents
    • Sending daily footfall reports, recording and verifying net turnovers reported by tenants, watching the deadlines of the data delivery
    • Preparation of orders, entering invoices into the accounting system and filling up the invoice data
    • Support and assistance for all departments: operations, marketing, leasing and finance

    Requirements:

    • University degree
    • Willingness to develop in commercial real estate industry
    • Attention to detail
    • Good ownership skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Problem solving ability, creativity and openness to new solutions
    • Fluency in Polish, good command of English
