    Management Support Officer

    Your role

    Are you well organized, trustworthy, self-motivated individual looking for a wide variety of tasks? Do you have strong analytical skills and like to challenge current processes? Do you see yourself as the person who likes to ensure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone exactly like that who can:

    • Support the FRC IT department in operational and daily business matters
    • Work closely with the FRC IT Segment's Business Management team, Program Managers and Team Leads on project-based tasks as well as day-to-day activities
    • Ensure Business Management systems are updated accordingly and FRC IT's Financials and Work Force submissions reflect an accurate picture at all times
    • Provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications, ensuring appropriate messaging
    • Offer organizational services and support related to working infrastructure and equipment
    • Support the FRC IT Chief of Staff deliver business management activities including:
      • monthly financials and ensuring FRC IT's overall books of records are accurate
      • ensuring FRC IT adheres to financial targets and mitigates risks / issues arising
      • input into maintain FRC IT's overall Work Force Plan strategy
      • preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management

    Your team

    You will be working in the global Fixed Income Rates and Credit markets technology team reporting into the FRC IT Chief of Staff Business Management team. The business management team will initially consist of 7 FTEs and will ensure all business management activities for FRC IT, which is 700+ strong globally, are completed in an effective, seamless manner.

    Your experience and skills

    You have:

    • a university degree
    • an understanding of program / project financials and resource forecasting
    • experience in working in support / client service role (PMO, Business Management)
    • exceptional work organization skills (yeah we're not kidding)
    • adaptability to changing environment - you need to be sure you a high variety of tasks is what you like, we find it exciting!

    You are:

    • comfortable working independently, as well as part of a global team
    • very well organized & comfortable with using MS Office package
    • adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
    • able to find your footing in a matrix organization, supporting and cooperating with multiple managers
    • excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
    • conscientious, resilient and highly motivated with a can-do attitude
    • pro-active, driven and committed as a team player

    Nice to have:

    • Previous experience in Banking industry
