    About the role:

    As a Manager Technical Customer Service you will be responsible for:

    • Establishing long term business relationships with customers, develop and maintain customer satisfaction,
    • Manage, lead and develop a team of engineers and specialists. Deliver technical education, technical training and technical advisory,           
    • Claim handling – managing all cases by visiting customers, examining the tires, managing all related processes,
    • Focus on achiving business goals and support on exchange on field feedback and improvement of products and processes,
    • Cooperation with other departments in Goodyear / TC Dębica to abidance Good Pratice, and share the market knowladge,
    • Represents the company in the technical area of expertise towards customers and the industry.

    To join our team you will need:

    • At least 3-5 years of working experience in automotive industry cooperating with customers on team learder / manager position,
    • Higher education in technical area (desired on mechanical engenieering),
    • Good analytical and communication skills,
    • Good understanding of customer point of view without disregarding business feasibility and being able to prioritize impact on both,
    • Very good knowledge of English,
    • PC literacy – MS Office,
    • Readiness to frequent business trips,
    • Driving license. B.
