We are currently looking for an experienced manager to be responsible for daily performance of Accounts Payable Team.

 

Meet the team

Accounts Payable Team is currently made of more than 100 experts, dedicated to deliver service for suppliers, local Carlsberg customers and back office. 

Joining us means…

  • managing teams of qualified specialists;
  • being responsible for operational performance of delivery teams within respective area; 
  • possibility to work with various stakeholders, e.g. Global & Local Procurement Teams, GSS Teams, Local Markets, BPO Indian Team etc.; 
  • having multiple opportunities to grow professionally and personally through a variety of training sessions, interesting projects and initiatives that will shape the future for you, our office, and the whole Carlsberg Group.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • securing delivery of GSS services within respective area according SLA/KPIs/ objectives; including service delivery by 3rd part supplier
  • install daily routines and disciplines within operations
  • constant work on efficiency
  • managing Business Continuity ensuring all activities and processes are completed and updated  (ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed, documented and updated);
  • evaluating and reporting status of objective achievement (measures/ KPI’s) and taking corrective action if necessary;
  • interacting closely with stakeholders and ensuring issues are addressed effectively;
  • managing, developing and coaching  the teams;
  • ensuring right control framework within AP processes.

We are looking for a person who…

  • is a strong leader and has experience in leadership/ managerial role;
  • has 3-6 years of experience in Operations (preferable Accounts Payable Operations);
  • communicates fluently in English (both written and spoken);
  • has worked and enjoys working in international environment, preferably SSC;
  • has experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change- managing 3rd party supplier would be an asset;
  • presents strategic thinking and strong commercial mind-set;
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.
