    Manufacturing Engineer (ME)



    Main duties:

    • Industrialization: Support manufacturing process industrialization activity including equipment specification and selection in close cooperation with suppliers.
    • Process flow: Lead manufacturing activities to take new products from design to manufacture, meeting requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate and lead-time during the process.
    • Technical packages: Create and manage all of the technical documentation that is necessary to clearly define the manufacturing process and control it effectively.
    • Process control: Capture and analyse relevant data to ensure that processes are under control and key metrics are in line with customer requirements.
    • Continuous improvement: Identify technical issues in manufacturing processes and use structured methods to identify the root-cause and implement robust solutions to prevent recurrence of problems and recognise opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes.

    Rolls-Royce is looking for talented Manufacturing Engineers to join project team dedicated to establishment of advanced manufacturing green field facility. Successful candidates will support development of manufacturing methods including equipment specification and selection. We are looking for candidates with strong continuous improvement mindset and ability to manage complex manufacturing processes in accordance with best-in-class standards.

    Location: Podkarpackie

    Key requirements:

    • Degree in engineering (preferably in Manufacturing Engineering).
    • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering (minimum 3 years; mechanical engineering industries preferred).
    • Knowledge of manufacturing methods: machining and/or assembly.
    • Nice to have: NPI / process industrialization experience.
    • Sound understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, SixSigma).
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
