    Marketing Coordinator
    Workplace: Kraków

Multifaceted technology and service B-to-B needs a skilled Social Media and Web specialist to grow our networks. We are a 40-year-old company with an office in Krakow, well rooted, yet emerging. Emerging as a leader in the US market and emerging as a global organization. Our story is genuine and compelling, and our differentiators are unique. All we need now is you, a dynamic Marketing Coordinator, to communicate our arrival and to share our journey.

You will help drive our global marketing activities and keep us on task. You will help us manage our workload, maintain our schedules and maximize our marketing plans. This is a hands on role, so please be prepared to wear many hats; coordinator, facilitator, administrator and researcher.
We are a remote marketing team, so you’ll have to be a self-starter, proficient with Web based project management tools and willing, at times, to just pick up the phone to track someone down. Travel will be minimal, but office hours will seldom be 9-to-5. We will support colleagues throughout the US, in Europe and in Asia. You’ll also need to become an industry expert quickly to do your job. Experience in technology and innovation is a huge plus, as is experience in disrupting current trends, deconstructing existing business practices and disassembling the norm. What we are building cannot be ‘googled’ and what we are messaging will not have blueprints. We won’t ask you to research a competitor and “us-too” it. But here is what we may ask you to do:

    • Project Management: you will help keep us on time and on-schedule. As with most marketing shops, we have a large appetite for work and we serve many masters. Helping manage our workload and keeping our schedules will be critical for success.
    • Trade Show Support: we attend shows all over the world and manage them to the letter. You will play a role in coordinating our events and your attention to detail will serve you well in this function.
    • Team Status Sheets and Meetings: Our team holds weekly check-in meetings and we will rely upon you to help facilitate them. These are to keep us on track, share ideas and toss assignments to each other. Keeping us straight, learning and contributing where you can are important skills.
    • File Storage & Internal Publishing: Using tools such as SalesForce and SharePoint, as well as DropBox and others, you will manage our inventory of finished product files and maintain necessary back-up information. This will include distributing finished products to our internal customers.
    • Project Integration: Someone needs to tie things all together, why not you? As our marketing coordinator, we will rely upon you to know what is going on in the department and find synergies and economies to cross-pollinate us with.
    • Managing Up and Managing Out: We do not lead with our titles or our functions, but you will still need to manage up within the department and manage out, amongst our colleagues, to assure that work is done on time. It’s an art, managing up, and one we hope you have.
    • Reporting: Follow through, measuring and evaluating our successes is the only way we can get better as a team. Helping us establish measurable goals, and benchmarking our results will be part of your responsibility.

The number of years that you have worked will not be a deciding factor during the selection process. We care much more about your actual experience, your actual talent and your ability to convey that to us in an interview. As a marketing coordinator, tell us your story, so we can decide if you can tell ours. Include your salary expectations and please, tell us your career goals… It will help us get to know you.
