    Marketing Project Leader

    As a Marketing Project Leader, Coated Board, Kraft and Newsprint, EMEA you will be responsible for continuous strengthening of the Folding Box Board & Kraft business brands and thus securing its long term growth in a challenging business environment. You will have a chance to contribute to the definition of the strategy of the brands / business and assures IP creates a competitive advantage and adds value to its customers. You will have a unique opportunity to lead various projects in the areas of brand and project management.

    With this position we offer an opportunity to work in multi-cultural environment with cross-functional team including Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and the mill on regular basis. You will lead various projects in the areas of marketing, will get an opportunity to personally meet our customers across Europe and will help design our future product portfolio based on customers' needs.

    You will

    • Create brand strategy in cooperation with Sales, Product and Marketing Manager and communicate it to all stakeholders including supply chain, customer service and mills
    • Bring innovative marketing solutions to enrich value proposition and strengthen brand differentiation 
    • Be in charge of collecting and analyzing relevant segment information  
    • Assure all customer facing teams are equipped with tools to allow successful and efficient commercial activities
    • Be the “voice-of-customer” in the product development projects
    • Look beyond current customer needs and suggest potential new products and/or service concepts
    • Update and maintain segment oriented value propositions that allow us to grow in the most attractive segments
    • Drive the effort to move towards a more end-user focused sales approach and manage End-User relationships together with Commercial Team
    • Create a plan to assure adequate external exposure of the brands (active participation in tradeshows, press activities, etc.) and be responsible for its execution
    • Build and develop relations with key customers and work directly with their marketing departments on promotional activities
    • Work with external agencies and suppliers on various marketing projects

    You have

    • Experience in stand-alone, autonomous position
    • Proven record of analytical work
    • Language skill: English is a must, any other European language will be an asset
    • 3 years of successful experience in a position with exposure to customers’ needs, market conditions and to our products. A sales or marketing experience is a plus
    • Flexibility to travel if needed
