    Responsibilities:

    Analyst:
    • Responsible to triage and/or resolve master data issues in a timely and accurate method according to Service Level Agreements
    • Analyzes tickets to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
    • Engages requesters to ensure all required information about the issue has been gathered to enable an accurate and timely resolution
    • Develop expertise on data governance and use of master data in downstream processes to aid troubleshooting capability
    • Monitor work queues for new tickets
    • Coordination of issue resolution leveraging global MDM support team to meet Service Level Agreements
    • Partner with MDM Operations team when data correction are required
    • Escalation of issues as needed to subject matter experts as needed

     

    Steward:

    • Primary business point of contact for master data setup & maintenance, including consultation on strategies to speed data collection and improve data quality
    • Manage the end-to-end master data setup process including follow-up and escalation to meet Service Level Agreements
    • Ensure application of global master data and business specific governance during the master data creation process
    • Follow-up with cycle time delays and/or coordinate activities required to complete material set-up in a timely manner
    • Develop expertise on data governance and setup processes
    • Expert in master data create/maintain. Includes data cleansing after migration
    • Train/consult functional data providers to support master data collection process
    • Maintain business group workflow/routing configuration information
    • Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility
    • Identification of opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
       


     

     

    Requirements:

     Must have:

    • Bachelor´s degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT
    • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
    • Collaborative Team player
    • Analytical
    • Able to communicate effectively in English

    Nice to have:

    • 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
    • Additional Foreign Language skills
    • Previous experience working with SAP
    • Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management preferred but not required.
