Your responsibilities
Ensuring timely deliveries of Raw materials for plants Gliwice,
Procurement of raw material and tracking of deliveries
Maintaining stock of components at the desired level
Identification of potential supply chain difficulties and initiation of actions to ensure customer delivery in time
Close cooperation with suppliers in order to optimize the amount of materials, the amount of cardboard packaging, transport routes, and related logistics costs,
Continuously increasing the awareness of subordinate employees of the existing material flows Gliwice,
Care for the quality and efficiency of the component planning process,
Supplier performance follow up. Close cooperation with GSM Team
Monitoring / optimization of stock levels, transport / packaging costs,
Continuous improvement of component planning activities by proposing system and organizational improvements, work automation,
Participation in actions to improve the quality in the organization,
Cooperation with other departments on topics related to the client and the implementation of changes and new projects (CPI),
Our requirements
Higher education (master or bachelor degree)
2 years of experience in the similar position
Very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
Knowledge of warehouse management.
Knowledge of the basics finance.
Knowledge of CPI.
Knowledge of MRP programs.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of IT systems supporting logistics processes.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Driving licence cat. B.
